| How to book a stall |
| For all bookings telephone (01926) 400472 to check availability of table vacancies at all the venues. Payment in advance is required by cheque made payable to Vinyl Bank. |
| Table charges |
All of the stalls are rented out in multiples of six foot
Banbury, Coventry, Cheltenham, Solihull, Stratford and Leamington are as follows:
~1 x 6 foot table - £35
~2 x 6 foot table - £65
~3 x 6 foot table - £93
For the Rugby venue, charges are as follows:
~1 x 6 foot table - £33
~2 x 6 foot table - £62
~3 x 6 foot table - £86

| Loading times |
All venues are ready for dealer entry at 8.30 a.m, and may be ready prior to that time.

| Banbury |
| Access at front of the building via lift or stairs to first floor. Parking in town centre car parks. |

| Cheltenham |
| Access at the rear of the building, flat loading, no steps. Limited free parking at the rear of the venue. |
|
| Coventry |
| Access at rear of building via ramps giving flat loading. There is parking in the town centre car parks. |
|
| Leamington |
| Access via ramp and lift at rear of building to the first floor. Parking on street or pay and display (none at venue). |
|
| Rugby |
| Access at front of building via stairs to first floor only. There is free parking at the venue. |
|
| Stratford-Upon-Avon |
| Access to the rear of the building with flat easy loading. Parking available at venue - pay and display. |
